• I recently purchased a used vehicle at Novato Chevy and have nothing but good things to say about them. Mark, the sales manager, was fair and responsive through the entire process. He addressed my concerns about the truck I was purchasing and went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied with the deal. Even after I took delivery of the truck and had complaints about maintenance issues I had overlooked with the vehicle Mark remained helpful and sorted the issues with little cost to me through the dealer of my choice.
